Hello everyone! Hope your week is as cheerful and beautiful as mine. I’m pleased that you guys have been liking the styling series. I have received some beautiful messages from some of you guys on Instagram and so grateful for all your love. With a happy heart, I’m back here with the Look 3 for our summer series. If you are new here you can find the Look 1 and Look 2 of the Summer Style Series by clinking on them.
Now, over to the details of the look 3, it is a floral dress again in pastel blue 🙂 My love for floral outfits is all known, so when I found this dress online, I knew that I had to pick this up. I saw this dress for the first time on the Chicwish website and randomly through a Facebook ad, found the same dress at SheIn. It looked like the same dress, but the price was three times reduced at SheIn. Even though I had good experiences purchasing dresses at SheIn, I haven’t been purchasing as many at SheIn any longer. It’s just a personal preference, and I got this one again after like almost an year now.
I was not disappointed with the quality. It was a nice chiffon button down dress with some frill details at the bottom. The only inappropriate thing was the button down details stop at a very awkward length. They stop right at my upper thigh area and there’s a slit for the frill details that follow. This makes you a little conscious and inconvenient while walking. I wore some nude pair of in-shorts just to be safe 🙂 I think this dress would be more ideal for you are a little shorter than me (between I’m 5’5″). The neck was also a little deeper, so I wore a strap top inside, and because there were so many colors I picked a yellow one and it went really well! It also comes in two other colors, if you are interested. To finish off I added some stone earrings (they are my favorite) and again from SheIn which I got really long ago.
A Wine/Berry colored Lip shade is my go to and I really think that suits me very well. It also goes real nice with any outfit. To finish off, I added some Lace up boots from Forever 21, a couple of seasons old again and my favorite MK bag! It actually fits my DSLR and all the other stuff I need, so on those days when I don’t want to carry multiple bags, this is my savior 🙂
We really took those pictures in a hurry, running away from the clouds. I really love a couple of those pictures here, it’s not always about pretty pictures and you also get the idea of what my post is all about, so I am sharing it with you guys anyways! Let me know your thoughts about the look and you can find the shoppable links below. See you soon with a new post!
Lots of Love,
